1. WHEN IS THE PURCHASE AMOUNT REMOVED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT?

   Once the bank authorizes payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order, whether we have the product or not the money will be taken out. Refunds are unable, unless we are unable to fulfill the order.
